I need help, I'm 8 weeks pregnant and I was wondering if you had signs of twins before an ultrasound. I've been so hungry and tired and I already have a bump! This is my second pregnancy and I don't remember being like this with my son. I'm sorry if this sounds like a stupid question its just driving me crazy. I don't see my doctor tell Thursday to talk to him
