Out of 10 weeks I’ve bled for 9 of them

Hey, for the past 10 weeks I’ve bled 9 weeks of those, I had 1 week in the middle with no bleeding. However i have bled for the last 6 weeks solid. I have passed a really big clot this weekend and I have very watery discharge that’s bloody too. Has anyone had anything similar or got any advice for me? I have a doctors appointment Wednesday but the wait is stressing me out!
