We had the same issue for turbo tax as well. It was only counting one child so I did our taxes elsewhere and it counted both. Turbo Tax actually has a class action lawsuit against them right now.

It’s income-based it’s up to 2000 per child and actually I wouldn’t do your taxes yet because they’re not excepting them until the 12th and less you’re doing some sort of rapid refund it like an H&R Block or some thing because they’re still trying to work on adjusting the numbers that if your child is under a certain age you get more so honestly I would wait to do your taxes

I believe it changes if you make $200k single or $400k married. Or you get a little less than that refunded if you didn’t owe taxes, you won’t get the full amount
