Lump and bruise on chest?

Hi, I’m not sure where else to go to ask this, so I’m hoping someone could help. I just got out of the shower and noticed this bruise on and around my nipple. It’s dark purple, swollen, and there’s a lump that’s about an inch and a half across if I try to grab it. There’s no pain, heaviness, anything, which is why I haven’t noticed it since the last time I showered or changed my clothes. I have a history of breast cancer in my family, but they were all much older than I am when anything started to happen to them. I’m 21 now, have been very careful with my breasts, and I check them weekly. I don’t know what to do. I googled it and it made me very anxious telling me I’m going to die immediately (of course). Do I head to the doctors immediately? There’s a planned parenthood near me, and since I’m a twenty-something, I’m sure you all know I don’t have insurance lol. Should I wait just to see if I bruised myself without noticing and think nothing of it? Ice it? Am I overthinking? I would appreciate ANY feedback at all. Thank you ladies.
