Does anyone have any advice at all for dermatillomania. My son is 15 and has it. It's a mental disorder that causing him to pick at his skin. He does it to his feet and he does it to the point he can barely walk because he's picked off so much skin. With this new distance learning he isn't doing as well as he usually does in school which upsets him and makes it worse. We are in the process of finding him a new therapist because his old one will go weeks without talking to him and his so hard to get in contact with. When we finally did she blamed me for not monitoring him picking at his feet more and I try to! She's just very unprofessional. In the mean time does any advice at all please before my kid has no skin on his feet at all!
