Thinking about the patch

I've had bad experiences with birth control pills. My body is sensitive to the hormones. Would I react badly to the patch too? Or nexplanon? Tried the paragard iud and i had to have it removed due to complications. I do not want the shot and nuva ring freaks me out. I'll never do another iud, too painful. Am I just out of luck? Sex is not enjoyable with condoms 😔
