Maybe you are reading to much into this. Sometimes blocking others senses makes you more aware of others. Maybe he was just trying too enjoy the bj to it's fullest. And in the end it worked and he was all relaxed and soft.

Girl I 100% would’ve felt the same way. Talk to him about it, in a non-accusatory way. He could have simply wanted to block out all other senses to fully enjoy it. But if you’re feeling hurt you should tell him so you guys can work through it
