I know I need to update my marital status. For work related, I know I will have to update my W4. Will I have to filed: Married, File Separately because my spouse doesn’t have a SSN or ITIN?

Spouse cannot work but we’ve already filled and filed for AOS and are waiting for the receipt notices.
