Please pray Letrozole works!!

I have PCOS and we are trying to get pregnant with baby #2. The fact that we had baby #1 is a miracle in itself.

1 am on day 3 of my cycle with first dose of Letrozole.

Please give me tips that you did that you think may have helped!!!
