My last job my manager was horrible so I left to a new job.

Turns out my boss now is even worse. She yells, throws things, cusses at us, now she even has a chart of when she thinks we do things that are not to her standards. BUT a lot of the time it can be explained as to why we do what we do. I mean I do mess up occasionally, human error, but never enough to be yelled at.

She yelled at me yesterday for paying a tax payment that was due and was very rude saying she already paid it and I now messed up her books and she will have to fix my mistakes. Well it turns out she missed a payment and I paid it for her. She never apologized, never brought it up, nothing.

She doesn’t apologize when she’s wrong, ever.

She also then doesn’t like when we use our vacation or sick time. She also took away 2 days of my sick/vacation time this year so now I have only 10 days for sick and vacation time. And with kids, that’s terrible.

I’ve been here almost 2 years and only gotten a $1.00 raise because she refuses to give raises. BUT she got a Covid loan to help out her business, and when the other person quit, she was just saying her son worked here and putting it in an account for him so he would have more money for college instead of giving me a raise for being the only person working in office.

I just hate finding new jobs. Like am I wrong to feel this way? I always have to be here, I never take days off, i feel so under appreciated and I’m just at a loss.
