I’m too scared to use a tampon and don’t know what to do! It hurts me everytime I try puttin it in! I can’t even get half way it hurts so bad. Anyone got any tips?

Have you tried different positions? Such as squatting or one leg on the toilet? Are you relaxed when you're trying to put it in?

Can always just use pads at frist or u can go down in a size for tampons
