So I COULDN’T RESIST and I tried to listen to the babies heartbeats on my doppler. I was lucky as it’s a little early for a at-home doppler but I managed to find a fetal heartbeat just to the right of my pelvic area. I kind of searched around for another heartbeat knowing that it was unlikely I’d be able to tell the difference and they’d likely be close together since they are mo/di.

On one hand, the peace of mind that we have a baby on board is GREAT 👍 and in all likelihood, both babies are doing well.

But on the other (and I know this is why checking with twins is a trap) I’m worried about vanishing twin.

I guess I’ll just have to wait until my second ultrasound next week 😅
