If the package says external use only I would not use it internally. Unless you want severe burning or other issues. Where exactly were you looking online? Because their website should state the same thing as the package

Idk if you’ve ever tried it but coconut oil up in there.... I used to use monistat but it wouldn’t work for me so I did some research and coconut oil is a natural anti-fungal and if you get the organic stuff it’s completely safe. Stick the jar in the fridge and and then scoop out a little ball and.... you can guess the rest 😂 always worked so good for me and also heals the irritation

I wouldn't use lidocaine internally unless my Dr specifically told me to.

It won’t cure yeast infections but just stop the itching.  Lidocaine is an anaesthetic so I wouldn’t use it internally.  You will need a proper thrush pessary and/or tablet to get rid of the infection.

Just to clarify that this alone will not treat thrush. It may provide some itching relief but I will never use it personally. I used it one time and it turned my mild yeast infection into the most severe infection my doctor has ever seen.
