Diapers for brand new newborns ?

I didn’t start cloth with my other kids until they were 4 months old so they went straight into one size pockets.  
I’d like to do prefolds with the next.  My biggest baby so far (out of 3) was exactly 7 lbs, smallest was 4 lbs.  So I’m not certain even newborn covers would fit.  What would you recommend for really teeny newborns?  For both prefold size and covers

Here’s a picture of DD, 6 days old, GMD preemie size with a boingo. She was 7lb 8oz at birth, not sure if she had come back to that yet.

In a cover we would roll the edge around the leg in to catch leaks.

We used GMD newborn prefolds and thirsties covers for our 7lb 8oz newborn. They fit just fine. We also used GMD flats as she got bigger. Sometimes they looked a little bulky, but they didn’t leak or fall off or anything.

The local diaper service let me borrow luludew covers with their prefolds. They have a preemie/newborn size that worked well for out tot. My baby was born at 6ln15oz but with a tiny bum (preemie disposables seemed large!). The thirsties newborn covers I had were just a little large. But most of the newborn velcro or preemie covers seemed to work. The other brand was gDiapers for super tiny covers.
