My partner gets quite caught up in his work and trying to get him to switch off it very difficult and can cause me a lot of annoyance even trying to get him to book time off.
He is extremely good at is job and it is tough and non stop but it weighs on him mentally

My husband gets severe depression if he isn't working or is being under paid. He feels like a failure and I struggle to help in any way I can. I much prefer him since he got his current job and feels appreciated and heard from his work. Makes him happier which makes me happier
