Did anyone have certain things they noticed before they went into labor?

I had a bloody show at 7pm the night before. Then just started getting mild period like cramps and it just progressed from there until I had my daughter at 8am the next morning. Before that, there was 0 indications.

Lower back pain a few days prior. Then, either the day before or the day of, my dog wouldn't leave my side and would just stare at me 😂
I was 40+2 with my first.

I lost my mucus plug a week prior, but its not a very good way to tell. I only knew when the contractions started
