Did I just have a miscarriage?

So my husband and I haven’t been “trying” but we weren’t really careful. I had some brown spotting but this time my cramps have been so painful to the point I want to throw up. Usually the pain is manageable but this time is just rough.

Suddenly I go to pee and see this huge clot- definitely bigger than anything I’ve seen before. (Excuse the dirty toilet)
