Self care

So the other day my mom and I were discussing a fellow friend who had been sick with covid and simply couldn't get the rest she needed. My mom made the comment "you know just doing what mothers do everyone else gets their needs met"

Let's break that stigma that mom should never show herself some self love and self care! If you know a mom offer her a hand so she can have that time for herself versus just saying "well that's what motherhood is" help out a sister cousin friend etc.

It's so sad that so many people still think that way.
