Hello! I’ve posted before; I had an early ultrasound at 5 weeks and the doctor saw two sacs but no yolk yet. She said this was expected but we would need to wait a couple weeks to see if two babies develop. I had a big bleeding event prior to this that stopped after a couple hours. HCG is as follows

1/17: 53

1/19: 158

1/25: 6,000

1/27: 13,000

Today (2/2) I had another HCG done which was 4 days since the last and it’s only 30,000?? Does this sound normal or like maybe one of the twins may be vanishing? I will have another ultrasound next week but I’m going crazy.
