I don't know how this works...

I'm 16 years old and I don't have a mom or anyone to teach me this or to tell me what's wrong. I was abused my whole life and raped by men so my mom could get drugs since I was three. On new years I was sexually assaulted again after a little less then 6 months of it not happening. since then I've been missing my period (and I'm not pregnant. I've taken multiple tests over a few days.) Could this be from stress or what?
