Ohss short of breath

I left my retrieval with an official diagnosis of ohss yesterday. Outside of being in the worst pain, I handled yesterday ok. I took my cabergoline at the recommended time, and passed out. I woke up early this morning, attempting to take a deep breath only to be caught in a severe coughing fit-not unlike an asthma attack, just without the wheezing. I breathe just fine if I’m not attempting to take a deep breath, but those are particularly difficult. While standing I noticed the pressure from the bloat is all through my abdomen right up to my ribs (something I felt morning of retrieval), and the pain has intensified from what it was yesterday although no rapid weight gain.

Should I wait for their call later or try to get someone on the phone as soon as the office opens?
