2 days ago I woke up to excruciating pain in my pelvic area.

Was really bloated and thought my stomach was going to explode. Lasted for about an hour and still sore throughout the day. Still feeling sore today, although not as bad. Thought I was ovulating but according to my chart have not ovulated yet. I usually ovulate CD11/12 and have 28 day cycles. I am on my 7th round of Letrozole and fertility clinic won’t give me an appt until March. Should I request an ultrasound from family doctor? Or is it nothing to worry about?
