Hey ladies last week I went for an ultrasound to make sure the baby was in my uterus & to see how far along I was.. the dr said 6 weeks exactly & no fetal pole was detected. Well today I felt like I was going to pass out and had some spotting it’s my first pregnancy and I’m just nervous all around. I went in & they did a ultrasound I seen my peanut for the first time😭😍 also he/she had a heart beat I was so thrilled everything is fine❤️.
