Someone help please , have you ever had this ??

The last 2 days I got positives on pregnancy tests ... was supposed to get my period yesterday or today . Now today got a negative but I only had the smallest amount of brown spotting now nothing ... I’m so confused

Call your doctor. Unfortunately I’ve had a chemical pregnancy just like that.

Last July I had 3 days of faint positive tests then next days were negative followed by spotting, cramping then period a couple days late. Unfortunately it’s very common to have early miscarriages (chemical pregnancy) which is why doctors say to not test early.
One thing I will say is it made my next cycle almost 2 full weeks longer
