Need help easing anxiety

**please no harsh comments I know I’m most likely just paranoid**

I am on birth control and I’m pretty pyscho about taking it. Never miss a day. Sometimes will be 2 hours late taking it but that’s the most. I started my period yesterday as normal my body is like clockwork when it comes to my cycle. My boyfriend and I had sex this morning and he finished inside of me. Should I be anxious about this? We don’t typically do this but got a lil risky with it this morning and now I’ve freaked myself out! Just looking for some honest feedback on if I have anything to be worried about. Thanks in advance.
