Is this lady wrong?

So a year ago we moved into this nice suburban area which is really a family place. Recently, this middle aged lady moved into the home opposite ours by herself.

As you’d expect in an area like this, there’s little boys (maybe between 10-12) who play in the area with a football. they can be loud, but they’re not doing anything wrong, just being kids.

The other day I witnessed one of the boys accidentally kick their ball into her garden. She want ballistic. I do understand why that could be annoying though.

But today, I watched this lady install BARBED WIRE along her back fence. If this happened again, a child would be slaughtered! Not ONLY THAT but she billed the parents for the barbed wire!!! Also she set up an alarm system and cameras seemingly due to this incident.

I know she can legally do what she wants on her property. But this is just asking for trouble. It seems like a pretty hateful thing to do.
