Heart rate during pregnancy

So I have inappropriate sinus tachycardia which just means my heart rate sky rockets at times for no reason.

My doctor advise I keep my HR 160 or lower but I’ve had it go up to 170 for a few seconds every other day. It doesn’t last long and isn’t frequent. I’m waiting for a call from my office. Does anyone know what can happen if my HR is too high? I’m 10 weeks.
