Brown dots in scalp/forehead
Can someone explain to me what these are and how I can get rid of them? My sons 8 weeks old. It seems like dry skin but I do put lotion on it almost daily.
I know they aren’t a big deal I just think they’re itchy for him. He’ll occasionally try to rub his head against your shirt as your holding him
