Eat play sleep during day but what about bedtime?

We follow eat play sleep during the day but what do you guys do for bedtime. I struggle Bc I want her to eat before bed but then she’ll fall asleep eating and then will wake up over and over wanting to comfort nurse back to sleep. I have one time woke her up then let her cry And it was awful. For naps she can fall asleep in her own in minutes in her crib.

I would try to do everything you can to keep her awake while she is nursing. Brightly lit room, tickle her feet, maybe even strip down to a diaper, lots of background noise. Then do something quick after like a diaper change, and then you could settle her down after that and put her in the crib.

Hello! So baby girl was falling asleep while eating and I moved her last feed before bed to our living room instead of doing it in her bedroom. This way there is lots of noise and lights to help keep her awake. Then I switched from bath, feed, bed to feed, bed, bath. These has seemed to help keep her up to get a full feed in and then her bath still helps her to get relaxed. The last 2 nights she has gone to sleep in minutes after getting in her PJs, with minimal rocking needed. I wish she would put herself to sleep completely, but baby steps 😁. Hope this helps!

You can feed before bedtime you just want to try to do something between feeding and bed so you aren’t nursing TO sleep, just nursing before sleep. I break it up by putting mine in her sleep suit and rocking a few mins before i lay her down

I give my baby tummy time, bath and feed. He normally falls asleep and I just put him to bed after. Or as soon as he’s done feeding I will put him in bed while he’s sleepy to get him use to falling asleep on his own.
