I had an early miscarriage 🥺
Was 4 weeks along and got my first positive. Started bleeding this morning and had excruciatingly painful cramps. Went to the doctor and had bloodwork taken. I am bleeding like I would when I have my period.
My heart is broken and I am so sad. I don’t want to lose hope and we are going to keep trying as soon as we can. How does one recover from this? Sending love to all.
