Ok to be honest im embarrased to say this but im 17 and do not know how to take care of my hair at all😭😭

I only recently learned cantu is not good for my type of hair. And my mom makes me use co wash to wash my hair and thats it, the rest is cantu products.

I dont have a job to go get the products i need myself and i dont want to ask my mom cuz ik shell say no and tell me to use what i have.

My hair is short- shoulder length barely if its straightened with a flat iron.

When i wash it there is so much breakage, and its bitter and it seems like it keeps getting shorter.

Can someone please help me, i dont even know where to start??!!
