Ive been cramping so much in my lower tummy and back, the pain has been so uncomfortable all day (it started yesterday after going for a walk) like I can actually feel my insides are sore. I started feeling like this my last cycle for about 3-4 days before my period started. I started taking Myo-inositol this cycle as soon as my period was finished. I'm on cycle day 13 now and I'm worried my period is coming already 😩 I've had no spotting or anything just the pain! Can or has Myo-inositol caused anyone's period to come really early? My last cycle was 34 days long if that means anything 😩
