Problems with birth control?

I just started taking bc about two months ago and my first period was lighter than usual, my second was light and I’m still supposed to be on it but it only lasted a day.
Im a little confused and this is my first time taking bc. Is this normal? Everyone I asked said my period would be weird for 3 months and then go back to normal but I’m still a little iffy about it.

I started birth control a month ago and my period is all over the place. My period for January was late and super light. It’s super weird letting your body get use to it but it’s helped make my period cramps so much better

Completely normal. Not only can it take 3-6 months for ur body to adjust it, but a normal/common side effect of birth control can be lighter and/or shorter periods.
