I’m 9 months postpartum and I had a 3rd degree tear and a urethral prolapse. I was very scared of any type of pain so sex had to wait until I felt comfortable.

I had sex once a few weeks ago and it was very slow and careful.

Past few days my husband and I got back into our normal routine of nighttime sex. my pelvic floor physical therapist told me to stick to the missionary position only while my prolapse heals.

I noticed yesterday after a few rounds that when I wiped I had pink discharge. it wasn’t full on blood, just a little bit with what I wiped.

this morning I had to wear a panty liner as the blood got heavier.

randomly throughout the day I would get dull cramps for a few seconds as well.

is that normal? should I wait to see if it gets worse or should I contact my gyno?
