Well, I can't say it was fully worth the bill but I'm happy I did it.

Little recap for those who don't know our story. 2nd marriage for both hubby and I. I tried for 5 years with my exhusband to no avail. Hubby has a daughter who was born sleeping with his exwife. My husband and I have been trying for ~4 years together.

2018- sought help. Unresponsive to ovulation induction meds (PCOS). Had my ovaries drilled, endo diagnosed and most ablated (still have some), HSG, D&C. It lowered my AMH and LH but still have high T levels. Went on to do 2 rounds of letrozole, ovulated but no pregnancy.

2019- handled highly radioactive material at work 2-3 months prior to egg retreival. Seen an RE. Started medicated IUIs x3- unsuccessful. Did <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> round 1 (No PGT) - FSH antagonist protocol with no down reg- had 4 excellent graded blasts out of 10 retrieved. Fresh transfer- early MC. FET1 failed to implant.

2020- switched clinics. They speculated that PGT should've occurred due to my exposure to radiation. FET 2- failed to implant. IVF2 (PGT)- LH and FSH high-ish dose antagonist protocol with BC down reg- 11 retrieved/10 mature. Only 1 day-7 poor grade blast PGT normal. Asked for round 3 and they opted out.

2021- another clinic switch. Auto immune testing and <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> round 3 starts sometime next week.

I have endometriosis so that puts me at a much higher chance of having an auto immune disorder. Also have a family history of Lupus, overactive thyroid, and diabetes. My A1C and Thyroid are fine. I had NKC, APA, ATA, and RIP done. Other labs currently out (CBC, HTLV, RPR, METABOLIC, HEMOGLOBIN PROFILE PANELS, etc).

Out of the NKC, APA, ATA, and RIP I only have elevated natural killer cells and they are borderline. This adds Dexamethasone and Intrilipid Injections to my FET protocols. We're also adding Lupron and Cipro to the protocol (along with BCP, PIO, and Delestrogen).

Anyone done a protocol similar? How are the intrilipid injections?
