I’ve been off depo for a month now with no periods I heard that if you take the pill it can start up your cycle faster is that true?

It can take 6-18 months to regain your period and a normal cycle after the Depo shot. The pill will not regulate your natural cycle. It will force your cycle to halt- stopping ovulation, the building of your lining and a period. You will have a withdrawal bleed but not an actual period. So no, the pill cannot regulate your natural cycle.
