Covid or common cold?

I know the only way to find out why I'm having certain symptoms is through a test but I was diagnosed with covid in November. And now I'm feeling the same way, chest pain, sneezing, loss of taste...is it even possible for me to get reinfected that quick?

Test again I don’t think you re get the virus again but I’m not sure

It is actually, last I checked there were multiple cases of people being reinfected that were proven- only 4 proven cases, and only 2 with symptoms. 
Often, reinfection occurred 3-4 months after!? Crazy, right? 
But, wity multiple strains, I think it's evrn more possible.
