At what time do you change your tampons /pads ?

I seem to be having issues and am bleeding through a tampon in less than 2hrs so I try to change it every hour

4-8 hours depending. I wear them overnight but never more than 8 hours per the package

Depends on my flow. If my tampon is full, I’ll change it. If I just go and pee, but I haven’t bled through, then I’m gonna keep it in. Never more than 8 hours though

It’s been awhile since I’ve used tampons, but I went through about 4 a day. Now that I use a cup, I dump and clean in when I wake up in the morning (around 7 am) and when I get home from work (around 7pm)
