Dip in supply during period
Ughhh any tips or tricks to deal with this??? My baby exclusively breastfed...baby is 5 months old. I got my period back when she was 4months and both times I’ve noticed a dip in my supply and she is SO fussy those days. I’m drinking a ton, eating oatmeal, drinking body armors, and power pumping...how do y’all get through the dip in your supply during your period!? 😤
