When to see fertility assistance ?

I lost my baby in February of 2020, and had a chemical pregnancy in July 
When should I could my 1 year of trying before seeking assistance ?
Would it be since my miscarriage in February and w began trying in May  , or since Our chemical inJuly and we began trying in August ?

A lot of it depends on insurance and when you can get in. I couldn't see a doctor until the year mark. But you are nearing that mark anyway - I would go ahead and make an appointment if you can.
