Crazy mood swings

I have been having these intense mood swings as if life is amazing and then I break down crying and then I feel euphoric. I have never had this before and idk why. I’m 12 DPO and tested at 9 DPO and got a negative. Anyone experienced these intense mood swings? This is new even for me and I’m not trying to symptom seek
