Starting to feel the baby blues
So I just gave birth to my daughter on February 1st. I was so happy to see her and being able to hold her. I was filled with so much love just having her by my side. However, as soon as I got home reality started kicking in. In my mind, it was filled with all these emotions and changes I’m going to have to make. For instance, doctor appointments, getting her health insurance in order, finishing up school, seeing if I’ll be able to make time to just breathe. I know I have the support of my family and my fiancé and everyone that I love. I just wanna know ways on how I can get rid of this overwhelming stress or thoughts or at least how do I manage it all.
