Curious to know how your pregnancy is tracked?

Just curious to what other doctors/countries do when it comes to pregnancy. I’ll list Australia:
Bloods/urine to confirm
Ultrasound at 7/8 weeks to check viability
Ultrasound/bloods at 12 weeks for nuchal scan 
Ultrasound at 20 weeks
Diabetes test at 24 weeks 
Monthly checkups till 36 weeks then weekly till bub is born. 
Similar for you?

US is different with each provider and isn’t consistent. 
Mine with my daughter: 
8 weeks- first ultrasound 
12 weeks- blood work 
16 weeks-doppler and more blood work 
20 weeks- ultrasound (anatomy scan) 
Doppler every 4 weeks until you hit 30 weeks and then you go in every 2 weeks 
36 weeks-ultrasound 
Weekly doppler appts and cervical checks until baby is born after that

Mines never went like that 😩. 
🔹Pregnancy test home
🔹bout time 5 wks hit (before i make an appt) severe vomiting start
🔹hospitalized round 8wks for dehydration and etc (all my first ultrasound be there) 
Never had a 12 wk appt since I still be in the hospital 😐
🔹anatomy 18-20 
🔹Cervix checks every 2 weeks starting exactly after my anatomy (dynamic incompetent cervix)
🔹Glucose round 28w
 
🔹Weekly visits for me start at 32ish weeks (usually be 3.5-4cm by 30wks with progesterone and shots 😣)
🔹Never made it to a due date even with my first always start dilating round 21-23weeks and have bedrest til birth

Uk you have a brief midwife appointment at 8-10 weeks to book in your pregnancy in the system (the can take bloods but covid means most of it virtual now so don’t no how they do it now). There’s then a 12 week dating scan and 20 week anatomy scan. Some trusts do a 36 week scan to check position but not all. There’s 6 weekly midwife appointments in first pregnancy when they take bloods, measure bump and blood pressure etc.
