I’m 37+ and my body has been going back and forth between really bad constipation and diarrhea. Earlier in the week I was super constipated and couldn’t poop for 4 days and my stomach was birthing so freaking bad and then on day 5 out of nowhere I had diarrhea for that whole day and the next. Now I’m constipated again and my tummy really hurts but I literally cannot poop. I’ve been taking stool softeners everyday as well to help this issue but also to prepare for birth. At this point I don’t know what to do, my tummy hurts so bad anytime I move or when the baby moves (which is all the time). Please send constipation remedies 🙏🏼🙏🏼
