Postpartum weight loss?
My baby is 14 weeks old tomorrow and I had to have an emergency c section. I started exercising at 6 weeks postpartum which is when you are allowed to after c sections and gradually built it up, I’ve been eating healthily and had a few treats over Christmas of course and didn’t lose any weight. I have had no takeaways or anything since 2nd January and been working out 5x a week a mix of hiit and cycling on the exercise bike and weights too, I’ve been eating healthily 3 meals and a healthy snack I barely have any treats and I still can’t lose any weight I also stopped breastfeeding a month ago and the first week I did lose 2LBS but since then despite all my hard work I cannot get this weight off, it’s so depressing no clothes fit me and I still look pregnant mainly my lower belly is just like a mound of flab or something. I’m sleeping better, regular exercise and rest I don’t get why I can’t lose it? Ive tried eating more and eating less I stick to 1400 calories which I’m told with my weight and height I should be eating. I have 2 stone to lose to be almost pre pregnancy and can’t seem to find the light at the end of the tunnel.
When do you start to shift it and feel more normal again?
