Flying with a 16 month old 🥴

Any tips for flying with a toddler who doesn’t sit still? It’s about an hour flight so not too bad but she tries to get up and run every 5 seconds. Also, is it ok if I put a cotton mask or something on her just for the duration of the plane? I’m really careful about COVID and am super paranoid about flying already :/
