So I posted in a Facebook group asking about repeat csections, and this doula says that I need a new doctor. Well I already knew my doctor doesn’t recommend a vbac if it hasn’t been passed the year mark. She just went on to bash my doctor and say I needed a doula, which i don’t and can’t really afford anyway. She just kept pushing and pushing like I thought doulas where suppose to be supportive.

She thought it was weird I defended my doctor and just laughed. I’ve looked at doulas before and they can’t offer me what I need. Most don’t have any medical training and the ones on the form were very pushy about getting a second opinion to do the vbac and said the doctor is giving false information because my doctor doesn’t want to risk my uterus rupturing. Why the hell would I want a doula after this interaction
