Breastfeeding after a boob job

So I got my breasts done a year ago. I got silicone implants partially under the muscle. My question is, can I still breastfeed? I didn’t discuss this with my surgeon because we thought we were done having kids. If so, what’s it like? Pain level? Milk supply/flow? Also did it ruin the shape of your new breasts?
