Experience with clomid

Hi all! I did my first round of clomid days 5-9 at day 12 I had a positive digital opk and then retested again and got another positive on cycle day 18. Would the first positive be considered false or does clomid often lead to inaccurate opks? Thank you and baby dust to all!!
