Need help!!☹️
So i had a baby, 4 month old now and i am so depressed because of my weight gain i haven’t put on much weight during pregnancy but as i deliver baby i start craving for sweets and tea so bad that it gets out of control, idk may be because of breastfeeding. Each time in my pregnancies this happens to me. Now after third baby i will not have more so i want to loose this weight for good. Pleas help me how to stop my cravings and motivate myself to loos weight and how to start Exercises!!!!
